Melinda Huber Owner/Technician

Hello, my name is Melinda Huber, and I’ve been a camper my entire life. I’ve always loved exploring the beautiful countryside and meeting people from all walks of life. Until 2022, I was strictly a tent camper—until my partner wanted to experience the joy of camping too. That year, we bought our first camper, a 2006 Wildwood LE. He loved it so much that in 2024, we upgraded to a 2013 Chaparral 5th wheel. We've spent countless hours traveling in that unit, discovering amazing places and creating wonderful memories.

Thanks to our backgrounds in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, we found ourselves helping fellow campers with their repairs, ensuring they could travel safely and without interruption.

In October 2024, we decided to turn that passion into a business and launched On-The-Go Mobile RV Repair to help others stay on the road with peace of mind. Tragically, in December 2024, my partner passed away unexpectedly. Despite the heartbreak, I chose to carry on the dream we started together.

I enrolled in the NRVTA (National RV Training Academy) in Athens, Texas, and successfully completed their intensive 5-week training program, becoming a Certified RV Technician. The hands-on experience and education gave me the skills and confidence to continue providing quality RV repair services to the community we loved so much.
